Clarks Speciality Foods was founded around 25 years ago, and established itself as Scotland’s leading, most innovative, speciality food supplier.
A new management team and investor group took over the business in October 2015. Since then, we have been focusing heavily on investment in people, systems, product sourcing and our fleet.
We are proud to supply many of Scotland’s finest hotels, restaurants, farm shops, delicatessens and caterers.
